2. Collect at home, Sunday through Thursday.
Sun–Thu only — our labs don't process samples on weekends. If you accidentally collect on Friday or Saturday, refrigerate the sealed sample and mail it Monday morning.
3. Mail it back.
Drop it in the included prepaid overnight envelope and hand it to your carrier. Tracking runs through your account. Most samples arrive at the lab the next business day.
